Kenyan activist Boniface Mwangi has strongly urged Kenyatta University students to disrupt President Museveni’s public lecture at the institution.
According to the activist, the controversial Ugandan president does not deserve such a coveted platform due to his dictatorial approach to leadership.
Kenyatta University has cancelled examinations in preparation for the lecture which will focus on integration among African countries for prosperity.
According to activist Boniface Mwangi, President Museveni who he calls a ‘murderous dictator’ should be booed off the stage by the students. Many more people have expressed their dislike towards the controversial president especially after putting behind bars Makerere University lecturer Stella Nyanzi over a Facebook post.
A dictator who has ruled Uganda for 33 years Museveni will give a lecture at Kenyatta University. Exams have been canceled at Kenyatta University to allow a murderous dictator a platform. I hope comrades will give him trouble. Disrupt! Free Stella Nyanzi!,” he posted.
Museveni’s leadership has invariably been at the epicenter of political controversies for many years.
However, the 74-year old president seems unbowed by the multiple forces that have been trying to unseat him
